Streamyx – Malaysian broadband with ultimate reliability
Hm… What’s wrong with that sentence?
Sentence structure mistakes? No.
Atrocious grammar? I doubt so.
Wrong information? Bingo, we have a winner!
I bet 90% of you readers are wondering, WHAT IS THE WRONG INFORMATION?
If you read again, if you examine every detail, if you carefully view it from a user’s aspect, you’ll see the problem.
Streamyx is the main broadband provider in Malaysia. It’s task, supposedly, is to provide ULTIMATE RELIABILTY and a FAST CONNECTION SPEED to users. However, this is not the case. Streamyx cons users into their “scheme”. They claimed to have ultimate reliability, but they provide the opposite. They said they give a fast connection speed, but is limited to “as good as possible”. We hate that. We despise that. We are utterly disappointed in Streamyx too.
Every night at 8.00PM, the line disconnects. For the first occurance, I was not at all skeptic. However, this problem persisted. Until today, the line still disconnects sharp at 8.00PM, and SOMETIMES be resumed by 11.00PM. I believe we, as users, have to complain and forward this message to the authorities or the people concerned. We have to nip the problem in the bud before it rears its ugly head. This is certainly unacceptable! We have our consumer rights, too!
We deserve a better service, and we deserve a better “surfing” environment. Let us all protest and get what we paid for! As the saying goes, “United we stand,” when we come together and work hand-in-hand, we will beat Streamyx and get a better service.
